Trainee Program:
 
The Trainee Program lasts 12 months and is a full-time position (40h/week). It includes comprehensive training in the following areas:

  • Online Marketing Training: Understanding general and industry-specific KPIs
  • Collaboration between Marketing and Sales
  • Programmatic Media Buying
  • Banner creation & campaign setup
  • Campaign analysis and optimization
  • Affiliate setup and management
  • Affiliate acquisition
  • E-Mail & Push Notification Marketing
  • Data Quality Management
  • Controlling
  • Country-Specific Training

 

Our requirements:

  • Business management degree or equivalent education
  • Internet knowledge, ideally first experiences in online performance marketing
  • Creativiteit, technisch inzicht en analytisch denken
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team
  • Valid authorization to work in Germany at the time of hiring (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluent English skills (C1 or higher).
  • Excellent proficiency in at least one major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or another EU language).
